Booking Requirements
To secure your event date, a signed contract, a retainer deposit are required.

• All bookings are subject to sales tax.
• All bookings are subject to a $500 refundable security deposit.
• Events booked less than 30 days in advance will require a higher retainer.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 15 days of the event are non-refundable.

Event Timing
Events must conclude by the end of the rental period, including setup and cleanup. Additional time is available for an extra fee.

Setup and Cleanup
Basic pre-event setup and cleanup are included. Post-event cleanup services are available for $250.

Decorations
You may decorate the space, but restrictions apply. No open flames, confetti, or wall hangings without prior approval.

Insurance
Liability insurance is required for all events. We can provide recommendations for insurance providers if needed.

Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is permitted on the premises only when served by a licensed bartender. Additionally, security personnel are required to be present during the event. This is to ensure compliance with our City’s alcohol policy.

Parking
Ample on-site parking is available for all guests.

Accessibility
Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, including ADA-approved restrooms and features.

Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for extended hours, extra services, or special requests not included in the standard rental packages.
